Ingredients:
400g lotus roots
60g half lean half fat pork
5g celery
20g carrot
1 green chili
1 red chili
Spring onion, 5 small brands of garlic, 2 sliced ginger, coriander
1 chicken egg
15g wheat flour
Spices: salt, 5 flavors flour, chili sauce, soya sauce, sugar, vinegar.
Process:
Step 1: Peel off the cover of lotus roots, clean and slice into 5mm each pieces. Clean pork meat well and slice thinly.

Step 4: Soak sliced lotus root through stirred egg. Next, cover them by mixture wheat flour in step 3.

5: Heat the oil, and bring all sliced lotus roots to fry until they

Step 6: Add sliced pork into pan, no need oil, fry until they become changing color. Add more minced garlic and ginger into pan. Fry with small heat and add chili sauce if you love spicy. Then, add soya sauce, sugar and ½ tablespoon water and fry well.
